Dr. Martha Wittenberg is board-certified in family medicine and obesity medicine, with over 20 years of clinical experience in primary care, metabolic health, weight management, and hormone therapy.

She provides personalized, physician-led care for adults seeking a more comprehensive approach outside the constraints of traditional insurance-based medicine. Her fee-for-service model allows for longer visits, in-depth lab interpretation, and individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.

Dr. Wittenberg specializes in hormone therapy for women and men, medical weight management, metabolic health, and preventive care across the lifespan.

After completing a fellowship in anti-aging, regenerative, and functional medicine through A4M, she opened a boutique practice in 2015. She later joined Dr. Allan Sosin at the Institute for Progressive Medicine (IPM), where she continued caring for patients in an integrative medical setting.

Since 2016, she has also worked with Lindora Wellness, where she serves as Medical Director for Hormone Replacement Therapy and led the development of the company’s HRT membership program.

Following the closure of IPM, Dr. Wittenberg looks forward to welcoming patients to her new office in May. Location details will be shared soon, and interested patients may join the email list via the Contact page.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Wittenberg enjoys running, strength training, hot yoga, and travel.
