Dr. Martha Wittenberg is a board-certified family and obesity medicine physician with more than 20 years of clinical experience in primary and urgent care, metabolic health, weight management, and hormone therapy.
She offers personalized, physician-led care for adults seeking a more comprehensive, unhurried approach to their health — one that exists outside the constraints of traditional insurance-based medicine. Her fee-for-service model allows for longer appointments, thorough lab interpretation, and individualized treatment plans built around each patient's unique goals.
Dr. Wittenberg's areas of focus include hormone therapy for women and men, medical weight management, metabolic health, and preventive care across the lifespan.
Drawn to integrative medicine, she completed a fellowship in anti-aging, regenerative, and functional medicine through A4M and opened a boutique practice in 2015. She later joined Dr. Allan Sosin at the Institute for Progressive Medicine (IPM), where she continued her work in integrative care and was trained in pellet therapy. She also collaborated with Lindora Wellness from 2016 to 2026, initially serving as a Supervising Medical Director before becoming their HRT Medical Director, where she created and implemented the company's HRT program.
Following the closure of IPM, Dr. Wittenberg is excited to welcome patients to her new practice beginning June 1. Those interested in staying informed are encouraged to join the email list via the Contact page.
When she's not seeing patients, Dr. Wittenberg can be found running, lifting, practicing hot yoga, or traveling somewhere new.
